DentistDr. Shubha Jain is a skilled and compassionate Canadian Licensed Dentist dedicated to providing top-quality, patient-centered dental care. Dr. Jain earned her Bachelor of Dental Surgery in India before relocating to Canada, where she gained extensive clinical experience with a strong background in biomedical research—including a Master of Science from the University of Calgary and years of research at St. Michael’s Hospital—Dr. Jain brings a meticulous, science-backed approach to every procedure.
Her Broad experience across general practice and biomedical research shapes her approach to care; comprehensive, evidence-based, and deeply compassionate. She continually advances her knowledge by staying up to date with the latest dental technologies and regularly taking continuing education (CE) courses. Dr. Jain is committed to ensuring every patient feels comfortable, heard, and cared for. Her warm and empathetic chairside manner helps patients of all ages—from children to adults—feel at ease and alleviate any dental anxiety.
To better serve our diverse community, Dr. Jain is fluent in English, Hindi, Punjabi, and Urdu.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Jain loves spending quality time with her family and twin children, exploring new destinations through traveling, and enjoying a fun game night with board games.

Office ManagerPatty is Dr. Ozturk’s Front Desk Receptionist and Office Manager, as well as relief Chairside Assistant. Patty graduated in 1996 from the local community college with her Certified Chairside Assisting diploma. After 8 years of dental assisting and 32+ continuing education courses, she moved more into the area of front desk and managing. Patty resides in the small community of lnnisfil. She brings with her over 24 years of experience in the dental field. You will find her very friendly, knowledgable and eager to take care of her patients.

Lisa has many years of experience in the dental administration role and excels at creating a stress-free experience.
When Lisa is not in the office she enjoys spending time with her 3 boys, and loves to garden, go to the beach, and play the piano.
